Meyer posted a Polaroid image of the "Love Lies Bleeding" star sitting in bed with a white cat. In the caption, she wrote, "Happy birthday to this dash of hot sauce, my favorite person here on planet earth."
Meyer, whose father is veteran "Star Trek" screenwriter Nicholas Meyer, expressed her admiration for Stewart, saying, "You're like finding five bucks in your pocket, like the drum solo in Phil Collins's 'In the Air Tonight,' like a friendly cat on the street."
Meyer concluded the message with a loving sentiment, "I don't know how I got so lucky but I like really really love you and am wishing you a meteor shower of good stuff in the year to come. Get it, babe."
Stewart and Meyer, who began dating in 2019, got engaged in 2021. In a previous interview, Stewart revealed that Meyer had proposed to her, saying, "It's not a given that I would be the one, you know what I mean? Like, with two girls, you never know, like, who's going to fulfill what weird f***ing gender role thing and we don't do that or think about it in those terms."
