The Harlem rapper also compares himself to Thugnificent, a character from the animated show 'The Boondocks', on 'URRRGE!!!!!!!!!!' which is featured in the raptress' new project 'Scarlet 2 Claude'.

AceShowbiz - A$AP Rocky is using music to defend himself amid the impending trail over the November 2021 shooting of his former friend Terell Ephron (formally known as A$AP Relli). The Harlem rapper appears to address the case on Doja Cat's new song "URRRGE!!!!!!!!!!" featuring him.

On the song, which was released earlier this month, the longtime partner of Rihanna maintains his innocence while poking fun as his physical appearance, comparing himself to Thugnificent, a character from the animated show "The Boondocks". He raps his verse, "Yeah, I look like Thugnificent/ Will someone tell the judge I'm innocent?"

"URRRGE!!!!!!!!!!" is one of the new tracks included in Doja's "Scarlet 2 Claude", which is an expanded version of her 2023 album "Scarlet". The song opens with the line which features A$AP Rocky rapping, "F**k them kids/ Ain't got nice words for none of them kids."

Soon after the deluxe package was dropped, a social media user trolled the "Peso" emcee by tweeting a short video of a scandalized Judge Dana Tippin Cutler of "Couples Court With the Cutlers" fame with the caption, "Asap Rocky playing 'URRRGE!!!' to Rihanna and the first line she hears is 'f**k them kids!' "

The 35-year-old rapper, who shares two sons with Rihanna, later responded to the tweet with good humor as writing, "LMAOO YAH GOTTA CHILL B."

A$AP Rocky is accused of shooting former fellow A$AP Mob member A$AP Relli in Hollywood in November 2021. In January of this year, he pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of assaults with a semi-automatic firearm.

At the time, his lawyer Joe Tacopina claimed the emcee was "cool as a cucumber" ahead of the next hearing, which was scheduled in March, since he's "a very strong character, a very strong individual." The attorney added, per Rolling Stone report, that the star was keen to get the trial "over with" so he can focus on "enjoying his family." He, however, missed the pre-trial hearing last month.
