Russell Simmons' 21-year-old daughter is unbothered by backlash over her new relationship with 65-year-old boyfriend as she flashes big smile on Instagram Live.

AceShowbiz - During her final day in St. Barts, 21-year-old Aoki Lee Simmons, daughter of Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell Simmons, confirmed her relationship with 65-year-old Serafina Restaurant Group founder Vittorio Assaf in an Instagram live video.
Despite Assaf not being visible on camera, Aoki made their relationship official by referring to him as her "baby" and "boyfriend." He also showed his affection when he was asked what his favorite part of the trip was. "You ... to be with you," he replied.
Clearly unbothered by the backlash over their 44-year age gap, she said she was "very happy." She added, "When I return home everybody who knows me will be getting a happier, more chilled-out version of me."
Meanwhile, when one fan compared her to Mary J. Blige, Assaf responded by mentioning that the RnB singer had wanted to date him, but Aoki quickly stopped him from divulging further details.
Assaf and Aoki were first spotted on a PDA-filled romantic getaway to St. Barts days prior. Their significant age gap of 44 years garnered intense scrutiny online, with many accusing Assaf of being a "predator" and Aoki of seeking a "sugar daddy."
Unfazed by the criticism, Aoki later posted a selfie with a cryptic caption, "Errrr well now I know why folks were calling me."
