Tyrone Blackburn, the alleged victim's attorney, confirmed the lawsuit and stated that Diddy "is aware" of it. Blackburn added that he has provided photos of the victim's injuries to Diddy's attorneys.

The lawsuit will be filed within the coming weeks, but the identity of the alleged victim remains undisclosed. Combs has not yet publicly addressed the allegations, but he recently posted a message on social media saying "stop with the [blue cap emoji]."

Blackburn is also representing Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones in his lawsuit against Diddy.

Last month, Homeland Security conducted raids of Diddy's properties in California and Miami, during which both Christian and Justin Combs were detained and later released following the investigation.
