The Goop founder is asked by her followers during a question and answer session on social media whether she has any interest in pursuing a polyamorous relationship.

AceShowbiz - During an Instagram Q&A, Gwyneth Paltrow, 51, candidly shared her views on polyamorous relationships. When asked if she had ever considered being polyamorous, Paltrow responded with a definitive "No thanks!"

"Not for me, but have no judgment. I'm a one man kinda gal," she added.

According to Healthline, polyamory refers to a non-monogamous relationship style in which individuals mutually agree to engage in multiple sexual or romantic relationships.

Paltrow, who married television writer and producer Brad Falchuk in 2018, expressed her contentment in monogamy. She shares two children with her ex-husband, Chris Martin, whom she separated from in 2014.

Prior to her marriage with Martin and Falchuk, 53, Paltrow had several notable relationships, including Brad Pitt in the 1990s and Ben Affleck years later.

The Academy Award winner met Falchuk on the set of "Glee" in 2010. They began dating in 2014 and made their romance public the following year. The couple got engaged in 2017 and tied the knot in 2018.

Falchuk has become a beloved presence on Paltrow's social media, with her frequently sharing affectionate photos of him. In March 2023, she posted a shirtless picture of her husband and captioned it, "Picture of wellness, no?"

Paltrow's Instagram Q&A also covered various topics, including her strategies for managing travel stress, her favorite photo with her son Moses, her recent realization that she is an "extroverted introvert," and her unconventional choice of gym attire.
