AceShowbiz - 50 Cent's baby mama Daphne Joy was spotted for the first time after being dragged in a $30 million lawsuit against Sean "P. Diddy" Combs. She didn't seem to be bothered by the sex worker allegations as she was pictured all smiles during an outing.

In some pictures circulating online on Friday, March 29, Daphne could be seen heading to the gym. The 37-year-old donned a black Nike hoodie, a matching baseball cap, leggings and a pair of silver sneakers. She was snapped flashing her smile as she got off her car.

The outing came after she accused Fiddy of raping and physically abusing her after he attempted to get sole custody of their son, Sire. Born Curtis Jackson, the rapper believed that he's the best parent to raise their 11-year-old son after the OnlyFans model was accused of being a sex worker for Diddy.

"Let's put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me," Daphne wrote on Instagram earlier this week. "You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on."

She further said that the "Power" actor/executive producer has "permanently damaged the last hope I had for you as a father to preserve our family with these last and final false claims made against me." She also criticized Fiddy for only seeing their son "10 times out of the 2 years" when they lived one mile away from him in New York.

In response, 50 Cent denied the allegations in a statement which read, "The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my 12-year-old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire."

The statement continued, "The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time."
