The 'All of Me' hitmaker reveals how he and his wife maintain their mental health amid their hectic schedule while they are caring for four young children.

AceShowbiz - Amidst their busy schedules, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen prioritize spending alone time together for self-care and relationship rejuvenation. During a panel discussion at the Voices of Beauty Summit, Legend revealed that they commit to a monthly staycation to de-stress and escape from their four children.
"Getting away from the kids, going to a spa and just [enjoying] each other's company is how we relax," said Legend, who was promoting his personal care brand, Loved01. He emphasized the importance of intentionally scheduling time for themselves as individuals and as a couple to maintain their mental health and relationship.
"If you don't take those moments to reset, time can get away from you," Legend advised. "You have to be mindful of it and have to be intentional about it."
The couple recently enjoyed a vacation night without their children at Donatella Versace's Palazzo Versace hotel in Macau. Teigen shared photos of herself in a black mini-dress and Legend in a pink gingham coat. They were also spotted shopping in Los Angeles and celebrating Legend's 45th birthday with a date night in matching black outfits.
Legend believes that self-care moments are crucial for maintaining a healthy relationship. "You have to focus on your mental health together, your relationship, all of that," he said. "And I think that's important."
