AceShowbiz - Normani Kordei has announced the title of her debut solo album. The "Dancing with a Stranger" songstress, who left Fifth Harmony around six years ago, also released the cover art of the long-awaited record.

On Wednesday, February 21, the 27-year-old singer/dancer took to Instagram to share the good news. In one of her new posts, she revealed that she is slated to unleash her first album titled "Dopamine" this year. However, she did not offer a specific date for the set release.

In her first post, Normani uploaded the cover art of "Dopamine". The artwork sees her sitting on top of a black rocket while wearing a raunchy all-black outfit. She shows off her figure in a black bra top and a pair of skimpy matching undies that come with silver chain embellishments on them.

The "Wild Side" singer puts on silver necklaces to accessorize herself. It can be seen that her fingers up to her lower arms and her lower knees down to her feet are covered in black body paint. In addition, her long black hair cascades down her chest with her bangs covering her forehead.

Normani looks stunning with her seemingly natural makeup, including lip gloss. Along with the cover art, she wrote in the caption of the post, "Cryingg typing this rn. DOPAMINE THE ALBUM."

That same day, Normani treated Instagram users to a snippet of the upcoming album. After sharing the teaser, she was showered with praise by many of her listeners. In the comments section, one in particular gushed, "This is so Brandy coded! i can't wait! the vocal layering and stacking is insane!"

Previously, Normani assured her fans that her debut solo album will be worth the wait. Speaking to Deadline on the red carpet at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, she said, "But it's literally the best music that I've made, and I couldn't be more proud. I know that once it comes out, you guys are going to be like, 'Ok, the wait was definitely worth it.' "
