The 'Smile' hitmaker and her actor husband-to-be pose as aliens in new pictures on social media, dressing up to the nines while wearing a pair of prosthetic ears.

AceShowbiz - Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry have puzzlingly dressed a pair of aliens on social media. The 47-year-old actor - who is due to marry pop singer Katy Perry - transformed into Legolas for his role in the "Lord of the Rings" film series and once again wore a pair of prosthetic ears in pictures posted to Instagram on Sunday, January 21 with his fiancee.
"Spaced out and starry eyed," Katy captioned the post. Without offering any explaination to her 207 million followers, the "Roar" hitmaker left the whole context of the post a mystery.
Orlando previously confirmed that he does indeed still have the ears from the fantasy film series as well as a host of other props and costumes but revealed that even though the studio gifted him with his character's bow and arrow, one fan believed they had been given the chance to buy the real one and parted with £400,000 for the privilege.
Speaking on BBC Radio 2 when asked if he still has the famous ears, he said, "Yeah I've got all of that stuff. I've got the bow and arrow as well! The crazy thing was they sold the bow for 400 grand. Somebody bought the bow thinking it was mine, but it wasn't mine. I got given it. And the second one I got given broke on the last day which was very kind of mystical."
However, the Hollywood star doesn't have the wig worn by his character in the movies but continues to take care of his other pieces of memorabilia from the set. Speaking on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon", he said, "I haven't got the wig but I've got the ears preserved in Perspex and stuff and I've got that big rig (stilt costume used to make the Hobbits appear small)."
