AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez's loved ones are very supportive of her and Benny Blanco's romance. According to a new report, her family and friends hope she has a "long-lasting relationship" with the record producer because of some reasons.
"Selena feels very at home and at ease with Benny," a source told Entertainment Tonight. "Their friends, family, and loved ones on both sides are all supportive and happy to see what they think could be an amazing and long-lasting relationship between the two of them."
"Benny finds Selena to be brilliant beyond belief," the source added. "He thinks she is extremely talented, genuine, sweet and intelligent. He respects everything that she stands for and admires her ability to speak her personal truths and share what she’s gone through with the world."
The insider went on to note, "Selena appreciates Benny's intellect, overall passion in life, his art, dedication, and values." The informant continued, "He's very respectful and meshes well with everyone in her inner circle."
Selena confirmed her relationship with Benny, who is best known for his work with Selena's ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, in early December 2023. She initially wrote "facts" under a post from fan account Popfaction that said, "Selena Gomez Seemingly Confirms That She Is in a Relationship." The former Disney darling also liked another photo from the account, which was titled, "Selena Gomez Is Rumored to Be Dating Producer Benny Blanco."
Selena went on to respond to comments on the site slamming the romance with Benny. In one, she declared, "He is my absolute everything in my heart." In another post, she wrote, "He's still better than anyone I've ever been with. Facts." Selena also insisted, "He has treated me better than any human being on this planet."
