In a video posted on his social media account, the Jonas Brothers member details his encounter with a 'lovely' woman, who told him to break a leg, ahead of his band's show in Minnesota.

AceShowbiz - Joe Jonas wanted to "die" after an embarrassing encounter with a fan. The Jonas Brothers star was left cringing after he stopped to take a selfie with a supporter, and mistakenly returned her well-wishes for his show in Minnesota with his bandmate brothers Kevin Jonas, 36, and Nick Jonas, 31, when the "lovely" woman told him to break a leg.

In a video posted to Instagram captioned "Pain," the 34-year-old rocker said, "So, I was walking out of a brewery this afternoon here in Minneapolis, and someone stopped and asked for a photo. We took a photo; she's very lovely."

"And then on the way out, she said, 'Have a good show tomorrow,' and I said, 'You too.' And she might be a performer, I don't know. But it's pretty much the equivalent of when you're checking in for a flight, and they're like, 'Have a safe flight.' Then you're like, 'You too,' and you just feel like you wanna die inside," he continued.

Joe managed to able to wipe away some of the cringe when the admirer chimed in the comments, confirming that she was a performer of sort as she worked as a broadcaster at networks like ESPN, Fox Sports and the Big Ten Network.

The person commented underneath the video, "HAHAHAH Hi Joe it's me from the street in Minneapolis, and yes, I'm (I guess somewhat of?) a performer, and yes, I do have a big game tomorrow, so thank you. (sic)."

The "Cake By the Ocean" hitmaker, who has daughters Willa, three, and Delphine, 18 months, with estranged wife Sophie Turner, recently detailed how bamboozled he was to have another fan tell him he looks "crazy in person" during an exchange out and about in a pharmacy.

In a TikTok video last month, Joe said, "I just walked into CVS, and the security guy goes, 'Oh! Joe Jonas?' And I said, 'Hey man, what's going on?' and I shook his hand, and he goes, 'Man, you look crazy in person.' I don't know, is that a compliment?"
