In legal documents, the 'What Was I Made For?' songstress claims that 53-year-old Shawn Christopher McIntyre threatened to kill her brother FINNEAS and hunt his friends.

AceShowbiz - Billie Eilish has been granted a restraining order amid a worrying situation. The "What Was I Made For?" songstress asked for help from the court after receiving "violent threats," causing her to worry about the safety of her loved ones.

On Wednesday, November 15, TMZ revealed that the 21-year-old Grammy-winning singer's "request for the restraining order was granted." She previously claimed in legal documents, which were obtained by the outlet, that she received "violent threats" from a man named Shawn Christopher McIntyre.

In the court papers, Billie explained that the 53-year-old man "has been sending hundreds of messages to her and her family since September." The threats reportedly included "disturbing professions of love" to the songstress as well as "violent threats" against her singer brother FINNEAS through a voicemail.

In the recording, Shawn allegedly "threatened to kill" the 26-year-old singer and Elon Musk. Not stopping there, he reportedly also sent a message that read in parts, "I'm hunting your brother and his friends" and "I'm sorry for what's going to happen to your brother dude I tried you know what I'm saying I really did try."

Aside from the threatening messages and voicemail, Billie claimed that Shawn "stalked her outside her home and near her family's home." She further wrote in the docs, "If he is not restrained he will continue his pattern of harassment against all of us, act on his threats, and go to even more extreme lengths to act upon his wild fantasies."

As a result, the "Happier Than Ever" singer demanded Shawn to "stay at least 100 yards away from her and her family" as well as her close friend Zoe Donahoe. In addition, she allegedly asked the court to ban him "from contacting her on any social media platforms."

Previously, Billie was granted a restraining order against a fan who trespassed her family's home. Back in May 2020, a judge granted the restraining order, demanding Prenell Rousseau cease all contact and stay at least 200 yards away from Billie and her parents. Prenell reportedly had shown up at the front door of her family's house seven times.
