AceShowbiz - It's time for Hometown Dates. Airing on Thursday, November 2, the new episode of "The Golden Bachelor" saw Gerry Turner heading to the hometowns of the remaining three ladies, Theresa, Faith and Leslie.
First, Gerry met Theresa and her family in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. "It means the world to me that you're here and you're going to meet my family," she shared. "I didn't expect to feel the way I feel for you and it was from the first minute I met you."
Gerry later met Theresa's daughter Jen as well as her husband Matt and their children. He also met Theresa's sisters who said that Gerry and Theresa looked like a "perfect fit." However, Theresa was anxious about Gerry's feelings for Leslie and Faith.
When asked by Jen if he was falling in love with her mom, Gerry responded, "That's such a hard question. I'm not even sure I know what it feels like to fall in love again. The last time I felt the depth of feeling and warmth was in 1968 when I first met Toni and as I'm moving closer and closer to your mom and feeling that connection, it's like is that strong connection exactly what's supposed to feel like? And I don't know right now."
Later Gerry and Theresa enjoyed time together on a ferris wheel. Theresa told him that she's falling in love with him. While he didn't directly tell Theresa, he said during confessional, "When I entered this journey, I wanted to find love and for the first time since 1968, I know that I've fallen in love again. This is the love I'm looking for. I'm in love with Theresa."
Gerry then headed to Benton City, Washington, where he experienced the country living with Faith and her family. The pair went horseback riding before meeting Faith's sons Brenden and Nick, as well as her sister Beth and grandsons. Her sons admitted that their mom fell "hard and fast" for Gerry and they were worried she would be hurt if Gerry didn't pick her.
Gerry told them that he wanted to make the right choice because "there's only one woman I want to be with for the rest of my life." He also reassured Beth that Faith's heart was safe with him.
Later during the date, Gerry and Faith told each other I love yous and shared a kiss. While he was sure he loved Faith, Gerry admitted that he had "a lot of confusion" especially with his feelings for Faith and Theresa.
Gerry's last stop for the Hometown Dates was Minneapolis, Minnesota. There, he met Leslie and her three children, grandchildren and her brother Stuart. Leslie's daughter Chloe was concerned that her mom would be heartbroken at the end of the show. Stuart, meanwhile, thought it was "strange" that Gerry was dating his sister while also meeting two other women.
Gerry tried to convince Stuart, saying, "I have a connection with her that really feels good. She could be the one person that completes the years I have left on this Earth." When he asked Stuart for his blessing, Leslie's brother said he would gladly give his blessing if "Leslie and you came to be and said, 'We want to get married.' "
It was finally time for the Rose Ceremony. Gerry was in a huge dilemma as he had to send home one of the three women. "Honestly, I have no idea how I'm going to decide," the 72-year-old retired restaurateur said.
He told the ladies that things were much harder for him after families were involved. "I remind myself that this is my journey and this is one more step that I have to make before I'm to the point where I can find my true love, the person I want to spend the rest of my life with," he noted.
The first rose went to Leslie. Gerry got emotional as he was about to hand out the second rose. He decided to step outside for a minute because he couldn't handle his nervousness. Viewers had to wait because the episode ended before they could see who received the final rose.
