After it was reported that they broke up and unfollowed each other on Instagram, the 'Bounce Back' rapper and the 'Bed Peace' singer have re-followed each other on the platform.

AceShowbiz - Big Sean and Jhene Aiko are not calling it quits almost a year after welcoming their first child together. The couple is reportedly still together romantically despite reports claiming that they broke up due to his alleged infidelity.

The denial came from Page Six after reports surfaced earlier this week that the rapper and the R&B singer ended their relationship less than a year after welcoming their son. According to multiple social media blogs (via Media Take Out), the "3:16AM" songstress dumped her baby daddy because he allegedly cheated on her.

It was also noted that Sean and Aiko unfollowed each other on Instagram amid the split rumors. Further fueling the speculation, Aiko posted a few cryptic memes to her Instagram Stories, including one that read, "The guy who has u explaining the meaning of empathy is not ur soulmate."

Another meme that the 35-year-old singer shared read, "Get you a partner that doesn't mind hurting people's feelings when it comes to you. imma say it again. GET YOU A PARTNER THAT DOESN'T MIND HURTING PEOPLE'S FEELINGS WHEN IT COMES TO YOU."

However, the pair have seemingly squashed the breakup rumors with their social media activity. As of Wednesday, October 18, they have followed each other again on the photo-sharing platform.

Big Sean and Jhene Aiko's Following List

Big Sean and Jhene Aiko have re-followed each other despite split rumors.

Sean and Aiko first began dating in 2016 with them making their romance public by sharing a kiss onstage at Power 105.1's Powerhouse festival in June that year. She had been separated from producer Dot da Genius since 2015 at the time, but only filed for divorce from her ex-husband in August 2016.

In 2019, the "Bed Peace" songstress confirmed she and the "I Don't F**k with You" emcee had called it quits, but insisted that there was no drama. "Me and Sean are good," she responded to a fan who speculated that she criticized her ex on her forthcoming freestyles. "I've got tons of love for him. my next album is all freestyles where I touch on many subjects and relationships... past, present and future."

She added, "I know you all love the drama and would like to think everything I do or say is about him, but I've been through plenty of other things and situations that I pull inspiration from when I sit down to create a song. Have a good day."

Sean and Aiko rekindled their relationship in 2020 and welcomed their first child together, Noah, in November 2022. She is also a mother to 14-year-old daughter Namiko, whom she had with her ex O'Ryan.
