In a video uploaded on social media, the 'Real Housewives of New York' alum declares that the SKIMS founder 'was the one who laid the groundwork' for all of her family members.

AceShowbiz - Bethenny Frankel could not help but take Kim Kardashian's side. In the midst of Kim's feud with older sister Kourtney Kardashian, Bethenny publicly stated that she supported the SKIMS founder and praised her for being the one making "gold" in her family.
The former star of "The Real Housewives of New York City" made the statement in a video that she uploaded via TikTok on Friday, June 30. In the clip, she declared, "Kim was the one who laid the groundwork for all of the [Kardashians] and the [Jenners]. So she who makes the gold, makes the rules."
"They're gonna want Kim. She is the most famous Kardashian. Private planes don't grow on trees," the 52-year-old further pointed out. "[Kris Jenner] is gonna grab all those nickels and get all those deals. And don't hate the player, hate the game. You want the wedding, you want to go to the beach, pay for your own wedding. But with branding and with sponsorship come obligations. Nobody gets out without paying the bill."
In that same clip, Bethenny publicly declared that she is "team Kim Kardashian." She went on to say, "So Kourtney's commercial - a.k.a wedding - by Dolce & Gabbana was sponsored. Everybody was dressed, the trip was paid for, Kris grabbed every lira off the ground she could grab. Then Kim ended up doing a campaign with Dolce that was oddly familiar."
Bethenny's thoughts on Kim and Kourtney's feud led many TikTok users to follow lead. In the comments section of the post, one agreed with Bethenny as saying, "Kourt was silly to think that D&G were swooning her because it was a personal relationship. They wanted to be good with the fam and the cake was Kim." Another suggested, "Right! But if Kim makes the rules, she should have included Kourtney."
A third, however, asked, "You raise a valid point, but when does one draw the line and not make everything about a pay cheque? esp as wealthy as they are, when is it enough?" A fourth, on the other hand, stated, "Kim makes the gold but she also needs the sisters to help with content. Remember the video game ? She begged Kourt to make a character."
Kim and Kourtney had a fall out after Kourtney got "so mad" at Kim for partnering up with Dolce & Gabbana, which took place only a few months after Kourtney's wedding, which was hosted by the brand. In a June episode of "The Kardashians", Kim elaborated, "She said, 'You're trying to copy me.' But she always tries to hate on the side. She is such a hater."
