The online petition, which urges residents of the gated community to file their complaints about the couple, appears to be started by a superfan of Nicki's nemesis.

AceShowbiz - A petition to kick Nicki Minaj out of Hidden Hills appears to be nothing but a troll job. After the online request gained over 800 signatures on Friday, June 23, it's now unveiled that a Cardi B superfan may be behind this.
After some digging, it has been revealed that Beverly Bardan, the woman who started the online petition, is a Cardi fan. On a Cardi stan Twitter account, the fan confessed to starting the petition at the end of last year. "Garbz are so slow beverlybardan... cleverlycardi... I had to make it sound similar to my twitter user while sounding like a real name," the account tweeted in 2022.
Further indicating that the petition starter is a Cardi fan, the account posted in December 2022 a link to the petition along with a message that read, "We, as nicki antis, can turn the residents of Hidden Hills AGAINST Nicki and her pedo husband moving in, hurting her assets in the process."
TMZ has also contacted the Hidden Hills Community Association and its official said that they were unaware of the petition or of someone named Beverly Barden living there. The site notes that there's no public listing of a Beverly Barden in Hidden Hills and it's unclear how many, if any, of Nicki's neighbors actually signed the petition.
The petition launched on Change.org calls for Nicki and her sex offender husband Kenneth Petty to move out of the neighborhood. It claims that the couple's presence in the area would raise safety concerns and lower the value of the area.
The petition is encouraging Nicki's neighbors to warn residents of the area about Kenneth, who was convicted in New York for the attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl in 1995 and was required by law to register as a sex offender in that state.
Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner as well as Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are among other celebrities who live in the area.
