Courtney Wilder, the man who was allegedly hit by the actress, claims that the car crash caused lasting injuries to his body and he is now seeking damages from Haley.

AceShowbiz - "General Hospital" star Haley Pullos faces consequences of her DUI car crash back in April. The actress was reportedly hit with a lawsuit by a man she allegedly hit while driving under the influence.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Courtney Wilder claimed that the actress plowed into him while going the wrong way on the freeway. The car in front of him was able to swerve out of the way. However, Courtney, who was going 60 mph at the time, didn't have time to react before Haley hit him head-on.

Due to the incident, Courtney had to be taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition after suffering "major injuries" while his car was totaled. The man said in his documents that the car crash caused lasting injuries to his body and he is now seeking damages from Haley.

Back in May, it was revealed that Haley was arrested and charged with a DUI after being involved in a horrific car crash in Pasadena, California on April 29. She reportedly was driving on the 134 freeway when she swerved, jumped over a median barrier and started driving the wrong way toward oncoming traffic.

The actress, who plays Molly Lansing-Davis on "General Hospital", had to be pried out of her car by Pasadena firefighters, TMZ stated at the time. Officers later found marijuana edibles and mini-bottles of tequila.

The report added that she slurred her speech and smelled like alcohol. She was also said to be involved in an argument with first responders as she told one firefighter, who was assessing her injuries, "This is a $400 f**king shirt!" Things escalated as Haley got physical with hospital staff after the crash to the point where she had to be sedated.
