The former 'The Wendy Williams Show' host allegedly cancels her $25,000 speaking engagement at the Atlanta Women's Expo which is set to take place on Saturday and Sunday, May 20-21.

AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams reportedly backed out of a scheduled appearance at the last minute due to her ongoing health concerns. The former "The Wendy Williams Show" host canceled her $25,000 speaking engagement at the Atlanta Women's Expo which is set to take place on Saturday and Sunday, May 20-21.

Wendy apparently announced her cancellation in a video to the event organizer. "There is a video from Wendy that will be played Saturday, apologizing for the late cancellation," a rep for the expo told the outlet in a statement.

A source told The U.S. Sun that some people questioned "if Wendy was well enough" to make the appearance at the expo." It's also said that there "was pushing by some to get her to Atlanta and to put her on that stage."

"Wendy's ability to perform has been rocky at best. She can put together a sentence one day but not the next," the insider continued. "There have been serious questions recently about if she will ever get better."

The organizers have removed all promotions regarding Wendy's now-canceled gig from the Atlanta Women's Expo website. However, an Instagram post from April 6 showed that the former radio host was scheduled to speak on Saturday at 1 P.M.

Recently, fans showed concerns after watching a new video of the former daytime talk show queen. In the said clip, the 58-year-old star, who is battling Grave's disease, modeled the cap while saying, "This costs $500. Yeah!" The former host, who donned a white knit top, layered necklace and bracelets, later awkwardly fixed her hair.

"This is truly sad," one person commented on the video. "She looks so broken," another user commented.

Some others, meanwhile, urged The Gossip Twins, who reposted the clip on Sunday, May 14, to take down the clip. "Y'all. Take this down. SMH," someone demanded. "As a Mother's Day gift to her take this down! She's obviously not mentally stable," one shared with another saying, "Y'all posting this knowing she ain't in a good place, man this world really needs healing."
