AceShowbiz - Bad weather doesn't stop Billie Eilish from performing in front of fans. The "Happier Than Ever" hitmaker treated her fans to an acoustic set after she's forced to cancel a show in Mexico City due to severe storm.

The pop star was set to play the Foro Sol venue on Wednesday night, March 29 as part of her world tour before the show was unfortunately canceled at the last minute due to heavy rain and wind. Despite that, the 21-year-old musician wouldn't let fans go home without hearing her performing.

Alongside her brother FINNEAS, Billie decided to take the stage to perform six tracks acoustically. "I thought it was stupid for me to leave without coming out saying thank you for being here, and standing in the f***ing pouring rain," the "bad guy" hitmaker told the crowd. "I thought, if it was okay...if you're down with me and Finneas singing five acoustic songs or something."

"It's not a show, I can't do a show. Nothing is working and they won't let me, it's not safe for me, it's not safe for you, but I have to give you something. So I'm just going to sing a couple songs," Billie added. During the impromptu set, she sang her hits like "Ocean Eyes", "When the Party's Over", "TV", "lovely", "everything i wanted" and "Happier Than Ever".

The full Mexico City concert has been rescheduled to March 30.

Fans were applauding Billie for her decision. "Lol she was like I ain't going out like drake…she did same thing after Astroworld and checked [Travis Scott (II)] lol she's good at the optics politics plus she don't fear her singing ability or rely on anything sound wise. She's amazing," one fan praised the award-winning singer.

"Good for Billie. She was on Hoy, a Mexican morning talk show and everyone was praising her and grateful for her kindness to her fans," one other added. "Queen did that," someone else said.

However, some people criticized Billie for risking the fans' safety by still performing despite the storm. "This is not great she risked everyone live she should have understood the severity of a moment thank god nothing bad happened n they all r safe," one critic commented.

Quickly, fans jumped to her defense with one saying, "Omfg people are now hating her for actually being nice to her fans for waiting so long for her. If she didnt play at all people would STILL hate her by saying 'she doesnt care about her fans' YALL ARE NEVER HAPPY OMFG."
