The 'Pieces of Her' star and her ex confirmed their split in December last year just days after he was pictured passionately kissing chiropractor Shannon Egan at Manly Beach in Sydney.

AceShowbiz - Toni Collette is seemingly still recovering from her heartbreak. If a new report is to be believed, the "Hereditary" actress is "devastated" that her marriage breakdown with Dave Galafassi "became so public."
A longtime friend of the 50-year-old Australian actress spilled to Woman's Day that she's "devastated" her split has "become so public." The source also said that she's "struggling to enjoy work commitments," like promoting her latest film "The Estate".
"Toni's a marvel at how she's able to pull herself together and keep functioning," the friend said. "The promotional side of movies is something she usually enjoys, but not when her life is a mess."
The pal also detailed that Toni "has not recovered from her split" despite announcing the divorce three months ago. The so-called insider went on adding, "And she is not likely to anytime soon." The "Pieces of Her" star, who shares daughter Sage, 15, and son Arlo, 11, with her ex, is also said to be anxious about navigating the new territory of co-parenting.
Toni announced her divorce from Dave back in December. In a joint statement, they wrote, "It is with grace and gratitude that we announce we are divorcing. We're united in our decision and part with continuing respect and care for each other."
"Our kids are of paramount importance to us and we will continue to thrive as a family, albeit in a different shape," they added. "We're thankful for the space and love you grant us as we evolve and move through this transition peacefully. Big thanks."
The divorce announcement came only a couple of days after Dave was pictured kissing another woman, "integrative chiropractor" Shannon Egan, at Manly Beach. After Toni told the world that they're calling it quits, the drummer was seen out with Shannon without his wedding ring.
Since going public with the split, Toni made use of her social media account to share some uplifting quotes. More recently, she posted about being "indestructible" and always believing in "your soul."
