AceShowbiz - Anthony Michael Hall is going to be a first-time father soon. Revealing that he is expecting his first child with wife Lucia Hall, the Robby Ressler depicter on "The Blacklist" said they're "filled with joy" upon learning of the pregnancy.
The 54-year-old broke the baby news in an interview with PEOPLE. On how his wife told him that they were going to be parents, he recalled, "Lucia and I were at home. She surprised me by revealing that she was pregnant with an at-home pregnancy test. We were kissing, hugging, and thanking God. We immediately started dancing and laughing in our bathroom to celebrate the great news."
Anthony also revealed that he and Lucia are expecting a baby boy. "Michael Anthony Hall the II will be born this summer," the actor gushed. "My wife and I are feeling so blessed, excited and filled with joy in anticipation of our son being born this summer."
"The Breakfast Club" star then gave a shout-out to his spouse Lucia for being a "champ throughout the pregnancy." He said, "She's tending to every important detail as a proud, expectant mother-to-be. She is now six and half months along."
"As a new father-to-be, I've been taking care of family business and making sure we all eat well, with a healthy diet of good foods - plenty of greens, vegetables, fresh fruit, and protein-rich food," he further detailed. "Lucia makes great smoothies for us. And we are all getting good sleep each night."
Anthony and Lucia have been linked romantically at least the summer of 2016. They got engaged in the early fall of 2019 in Sicily, Italy, and got married the following year.
