The 'Don't Worry Darling' actress/director is reportedly in the midst of a 'dogfight' battle with her ex-fiance, with whom she shares her son Otis and daughter Daisy, over child support.

AceShowbiz - Olivia Wilde may have a lot on her plate lately. The "Don't Worry Darling" actress/director is spotted looking somber amid the alleged heated battle with her ex-fiance Jason Sudeikis over child support.

On Thursday, February 2, the 38-year-old star was snapped out and about in West Hollywood to meet some of her friends. During the casual outing, she's seen somber and tired.

Olivia donned an oversized striped button-up top which she paired with black pants with flare details at the bottom. The "Booksmart" filmmaker shielded her eyes with a pair of black sunglasses and sported a chic black YSL crossbody bag. She paired the outfit with black loafer shoes and wore her brunette tresses down for the day.

The outing came after it's reported that she's "locked in a dogfight" with her ex over child support issues. The exes, who went their separate ways in 2020, are parents to son Otis, 8, and daughter Daisy, 6.

On Wednesday, it was reported that she and Jason are continuing to thrash out how their child support will be handled despite vowing to co-parent in a healthy way. According to TMZ, the former couple is still very much locked in a "dogfight." Moreover, there may be zero chance of any reconciliation between the two, despite them recently being pictured hugging one another in Los Angeles.

Sources told the site, "Jason's New York lawyer, Bill Beslow, has gone to a New York judge to resolve all child support issues. But last July both a New York judge and a California judge ruled all custody issues should be handled in L.A." The insiders added, "Beslow went to a New York court January 4 and asked the judge to handle all child support issues, and the judge set a hearing date for February 15."

Olivia is said to be baffled by this because both a New York judge and a California judge have already said this is an L.A. and not a New York case. Moreover, she would like both custody and child support decided in L.A.
