The 'Gone Girl' star says on her 'High Low' podcast that she doesn't see divorce as 'a sad thing' and thinks that people should not live in unhappy marriage.

AceShowbiz - While most people want to erase any trace that may remind them of their heartbreaks, Emily Ratajkowski is keeping a memento of her broken marriage. The model/actress has revealed that she hasn't ditched her wedding ring amid her divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard.
In a Monday, January 30 episode of her "High Low" podcast, the 31-year-old admitted that she "still" has her wedding ring. "I love a divorce story," she confessed. "I don't think divorce is a sad thing."
When guest Tommy Dorfman asked what she did with her ring following her 2022 breakup, the London-born beauty replied, "I still have it." She then added, "Every time I hear a divorce story or when I see the news, I have to remind myself, 'Oh that's sad.' I literally say to people, 'Good for you.' "
As to why she sees divorce as a good thing, Emily explained that it's better than living in unhappy marriage. "I know a lot of people are unhappily married for a long time because they're so afraid of divorce," she elaborated. "I don't think that's a good way to live."
Emily filed for divorce from Sebastian in September 2022 after four years of marriage. They share a son named Sylvester, who was born in March 2021, together.
While she didn't immediately open up about her feelings, the "Blurred Lines" music video star told Harper's Bazaar in October 2022 that she felt "all the emotions." She continued, "Every day is different. The only good thing I know is that I'm feeling all those things. … It makes me believe that I'll be OK."
Emily is currently enjoying her single life. She has been spotted on dates with a string of guys, but none of them seems to be an exclusive relationship. She recently admitted that she fears paparazzi pictures will ruin her "casual" dating.
