A number of rappers have been labeled as 'snitches' for cooperating with police and while some of them manage to brush off the title, others still suffer from it.

AceShowbiz - Fat Joe was accused of snitching by Cuban Link, who shared a document that he himself admitted might not be legitimate but does contain Joe's name. "Exhibit A-the paperwork is in," Link wrote in a video shared in August 2021. The Cuban native also posted a document stamped "government exhibit," which described Joe explaining how he got the name "Joey Crack" for selling crack on Union avenue and knowing a man who was murdered in which he named several suspects.
Joe, however, has shut down the accusations. Responding to Link's claim, the "All the Way Up" hitmaker declared on Instagram alongside a photo of himself, "When the HATE don't work they start telling lie."
