AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa has finally joined the TikTok trend. The "Born This Way" hitmaker has recreated the viral Jenna Ortega dance from "Wednesday" that features her 2011 hit "Bloody Mary".

On Thursday, December 8, the 36-year-old star turned to the video-sharing platform to share a black-and-white clip of her doing the infamous dance. In the footage, she could be seen doing her best goth makeup and getting dressed in a look featuring knee-high socks, inspired by Wednesday Addams from the hit series.

Lady GaGa then danced along with the lyrics, "I'll dance, dance, dance/ With my hands, hands, hands/ Above my head, head, head/ Like Jesus said." In the caption of the clip, the "Pokerface" singer wrote, "BLOODY WEDNESDAY."

Since Lady GaGa shared the iconic video, many of the show's fans and Little Monsters alike took to the comments section to gush about the clip. "If I was Jenna Ortega I'd be losing it right now," one fan wrote, while another commented, "GAGA DID THE THING." Another noted that the Oscar-winner is gaining success all over again on a song that was released over a decade ago. "I love you Gaga!!! you're getting all the recognition you deserved all along," they wrote.

Lady GaGa's video came just one week after Wednesday Addams' Twitter account wrote about the trend. "I see you doing my dance moves to @LadyGaga 's Bloody Mary. I understand she is followed by little monsters. I approve," the account penned. In response, the Mother Monster turned to her page to say, "Slay Wednesday! You're welcome at Haus of Gaga anytime (and bring Thing with you, we love paws around here)."

Indeed, Jenna delivered a memorable dance that has become the talk of social media. The dance scene has gone so viral that "Goo Goo Muck" by The Cramps has increased its Spotify streams by 9.5% since "Wednesday" debuted.

The dance scene also made headlines for another reason, shortly after Jenna unveiled that she filmed the iconic part during her "first day with COVID." In an interview with NME, the 20-year-old actress said, "It was awful to film."

"I woke up and it's weird, I never get sick and when I do it's not very bad. I had the body aches," Jenna further described the symptoms. "I felt like I'd been hit by a car and that a little goblin had been let loose in my throat and was scratching the walls of my esophagus."

Additionally, Jenna said she was given "medicine between takes" while "waiting on the positive result" of a COVID-19 test. "I asked to redo it but we didn't have time. I think I probably could have done it a bit better," she said, after proudly revealing she "choreographed" her own moves.
