While Amy is reportedly set to return to 'Good Morning America' as early as next week, her co-anchor and lover's fate on the show is murkier following report of his alleged prior affair with a 'GMA' producer.

AceShowbiz - T.J. Holmes may need to start looking for a new job in the wake of his affair scandal with his colleague Amy Robach. Rumor has it that he's unlikely to return to "Good Morning America" after their romantic relationship was exposed to public.
According to Media Take Out, a so-called insider says that while Amy is set to return to hosting "GMA3" as early as next week, her co-anchor and lover will remain suspended indefinitely. There's reportedly a chance that he may never return to his anchor chair again.
T.J.'s fate on the show is murky not only because of his affair with Amy, but also due to report of his alleged prior affair with a married "GMA" producer, Natasha Singh. "TJ is in hot water, not just because of his relationship with Amy, but also because he was caught with a producer also," the source explains.
A former "GMA" executive has also weighed in on T.J. and Amy's future on the show following the bombshell expose. "The broken marriages and the cheating, including reports that T.J. had another affair with a different 'GMA' colleague, is unseemly and embarrassing and a gross violation of core Disney values," the person tells Fox News Digital.
Unlike MTO's source's claims that Amy will likely secure her seat on the show, the former "GMA" executive says, " 'GMA' is a family show and Disney is a family company. Those two aren't returning," before adding, "And it's unlikely ABC News' president has any say in the matter."
The speculation regarding T.J. and Amy's future on "GMA" comes after they were taken off air following the affair scandal. ABC News' President Kim Godwin made the decision to temporarily bench the two anchors after their relationship has caused "internal and external distraction."
"I'm going to talk about something that has become an internal and an external distraction: The relationship between two of our colleagues," he told staffers during an internal call on Monday, December 5. "And so, I want to say that while that relationship is not a violation of company policy, I have really taken the last few days to think about and work through what I think is best for the ABC News organization. And so, for now, I am going to take Amy and TJ off the air, while we figure this out."
He explained, "These decisions are not easy, they are not knee jerk, but they are necessary for the brand and for our priority which, you guys know, are all of is-the people here at ABC."
