The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum clarifies her relationship status with the club owner after a Facebook post on her official account suggests that they rekindled romance.

AceShowbiz - Cynthia Bailey is not getting back together with Peter Thomas despite a suggestive social media post. The reality TV star is putting the brakes on speculation that she has rekindled romance with her former husband amid her divorce from Mike Hill.
The rumor of her supposed romantic reunion with Peter started to swirl after her verified Facebook page shared an image of the former couple with the caption, "officially coming home." In less than 24 hours, the post was reshared by other users over 3,000 times, with screenshots of the post also making their rounds on Instagram and Twitter.
Not letting it get out of hand further, Cynthia has now debunked the Internet speculation. "Peter and I are not back together," she said in a statement to The Shade Room. "We are friends only. We were married for 8 years, so of course, we have remained friendly and cordial."
"I am and have always been very close to his oldest daughter Porsche," the former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star went on speaking on her good relationship with her ex-husband. She added, "He reached out to me after the news of my divorce like so many others that care about me to simply say that he was sorry to hear the news and that I deserved to be happy."
Cynthia and Peter were married from 2010 until their split in 2016. Their divorce was finalized in 2017.
The model then moved on by dating Fox Sports correspondent Mike Hill in 2018. They got engaged almost a year later and got married in October 2020. However, their union didn't last long as they announced their decision to call it quits in October of this year, after two years of marriage.
At BravoCon, Cynthia revealed that her ex Peter reached out to her to offer some support following her split from Mike. "Peter reached out to me. He said he just wishes me the best," she shared. "He told me I was a queen and that I deserve the best, so that was really, really nice."
