The 'Sister Sister' star is cheering as her twin sister looks 'the happiest' she's been in a long time after the latter announced her separation with husband Cory Hardrict.

AceShowbiz - Tamera Mowry claims sister Tia is the "happiest" she's been "in a long time." Opening up about her twin's divorce from Cory Hardrict, the "Sister Sister" actress revealed Tia Mowry is "glowing" after learning to be her "true self."

"I told her, I said, 'Tia, I'm looking on your Instagram, this is the happiest you've been in a long time. You are glowing! You look different, but in a very positive way'... I think it's because - no, I know it's because she is living her authentic, true self. And I think that is what everyone should do. And it's not easy! That's the thing, it's scary," she told Entertainment Tonight.

Tia - who revealed the news of her divorce on Instagram last month - has son Cree, 11, and daughter Cairo, four, with her estranged husband.

Tamara is "so proud" of her sister for speaking out and being "very, very strong and inspiring" for other people. She added, "I told her, 'I'm so proud of you, because you are showing other women - and hell, even men - that you walk in your truth, and look what happens. No matter what.' "

When Tia announced the breakup, she insisted, while separations were "never easy," she is looking forward to the future. She said, "I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways. These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness."

"We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children. I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family, and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives."

And she has since revealed her kids are doing well despite the split. She explained, "The kids are doing amazing. Cairo, she is so wonderful. She's awesome... and they're all so happy. And that means the world to me, my children."
