The 30-second teaser of the highly-anticipated prequel of 'Yellowstone' offers fans a better look at the veteran actors' characters Jacob and Cara Dutton respectively.

AceShowbiz - Paramount+ has treated fans to the first teaser for "1923", the highly-anticipated prequel series of "Yellowstone". Released on Sunday, November 13, the promo sees Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren working together as they are hunting their enemies.
The 30-second teaser offers fans a better look at Harrison's Jacob and Helen's Cara Dutton. A woman, meanwhile, says in voiceover, "Violence has always haunted this family and followed us from the Scottish Highlands to the slums of Dublin, and it followed us here."
Action-packed scenes continue to flicker on the screen, featuring the Duttons in despair and a bloodied Cara wielding a rifle. "Where it doesn't follow, we hunt it down. We seek it," the promo warns.
"1923" will explore the early 20th century when pandemics, historic drought, the end of Prohibition and the Great Depression all plague the mountain west, and the Duttons who call it home. "1923 focuses on the Dutton family's next two generations as they struggle to survive historic drought, lawlessness and prohibition, and an epidemic of cattle theft; all battled beneath the cloud of Montana's great depression, which preceded the nation by almost a decade," a statement read after announcing the change of the show's title from "1932" to "1923".
In addition to the two Academy Awards-winning actors, the upcoming series stars Darren Mann as Jack Dutton, Michelle Randolph as Elizabeth Strafford, James Badge Dale as John Dutton Sr., Marley Shelton as Emma Dutton, Brian Geraghty as Zane, Aminah Nieves as Teonna Rainwater, and Jerome Flynn as Banner Creighton.
Paramount+ had renewed the series for a second season ahead of its premiere and each season will consist of 8 episodes. It's said that the network is currently negotiating to bring back the cast for another season.
"1923" is slated to kick off on Sunday, December 18 on Paramount+ in the U.S. and Canada following a new episode of "Yellowstone". Fans in the U.K. and Australia will be able to watch the first episode of the series on Monday, December 19 with the second episode also airing on January 1 on Paramount Network.
