On Wednesday, September 28, the "NEW MAGIC WAND" rapper turned to his Twitter account to share a series of birthday cakes with funny memes on them. One of which saw A$AP Rocky's infamous photo from the failed mosh pit during 2022 Rolling Loud. Making fun of his pal, the 31-year-old California-born rap artist captioned the post, "my friends and i birthday cakes this year."
Prior to this, Tyler mocked A$AP Rocky by changing his Instagram profile picture to a terrified-looking Rihanna's baby daddy. Tyler apparently took a screenshot from a video that saw the "Praise the Lord" spitter struggling to get up from the mosh pit.
The footage, which has garnered immense reaction on social media, saw A$AP Rocky trying to stand on his feet while being held by the crowd. The "F**kin' Problems" rapper, who had a similar moshing experience with the crowd in 2019 while performing a Thanksgiving Eve show in Brooklyn, also looked terrified in the video. Someone in the background could be heard screaming "get him out" multiple times.
After many found the infamous incident funny, A$AP Rocky revealed how he really felt. "That s**t not funny," the 33-year-old rapper/music producer wrote on Instagram. "Sum lil bih was squeezing life out of my nutz b."
Instead of feeling sorry for A$AP Rocky, social media users said that his response made the story even funnier. "It's just got funnier now that there's a backstory," one person commented after his response was re-posted by The Shade Room. Another chimed in, "Makes it 10xs funnier." A third wrote, "it's funnier now." Someone else pointed out, "He seemed to be in so much distress lol [laughing with tears emoji]."
