AceShowbiz - Another athlete who turned down an offer to participate on "Dancing with the Stars" was Russell Wilson. The husband of Ciara revealed to Access Hollywood that he has turned down multiple offers to appear on the hit show, which currently airs its season 31 on Disney+.
"I have been invited, twice actually," the Seattle Seahawks quarterback said back in 2014. "After my rookie year, I got invited to do 'Dancing with the Stars', and then after this year, I got invited to do 'Dancing with the Stars'." Russell added that wanted "to focus on my football career."
