AceShowbiz - Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are expanding their family. The Maroon 5 frontman and the The Victoria's Secret model are expecting their third child together, with the latter showing off her growing baby bump during a recent outing.
In some pictures that circulated online, Behati flaunted her burgeoning baby bump when she stepped out for lunch in Santa Barbara with her singer husband on Monday, September 5. During the outing, the Namibian beauty donned a clingy blue floral silk slip dress. She completed her look with black platform sandals and a pair of silver shades that protected her hazel eyes from the sun. Her hair, meanwhile, was styled in a messy bun.
The couple has yet to address the pregnancy news. Their third child will join the pair's two daughters, Dusty Rose (5) and Gio Grace (4).
Adam and Behati, who tied the knot in 2014, welcomed their first child, Dusty Rose, in 2016. The former "The Voice" coach gushed over being a parent shortly after, saying, "It's awesome. I'm going to be a dad. S**t, I'm excited." The "Payphone" hitmaker added, "I'm going to be a f**king dad. I'm going to spoil [Behati]."
The pair brought Dusty Rose to a public event for the first time in February 2017 at her dad's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony. "I have a daughter, I have the most beautiful wife in the entire world," Levine raved to the crowd in his speech. "I am one of the luckiest people who's ever lived and it has nothing to do with me. It has to do with the people who love me the most and so, I thank all of those people. I can't do it individually, but I thank you all."
A year later, Behati gave birth to Gio Grace. Prior to that, Adam admitted to Ellen DeGeneres that he wants to have "a lot" of kids. "I want a lot. I thrive in chaos," the singer said during his appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", adding, "I really genuinely enjoy it." Of his wife, Levine shared, "She was an only child...She wants like 100 babies, but I don't know if I could do that."
Behati, meanwhile, celebrated motherhood while participating in Kate Upton's social media movement to empower other moms. "Here's to the sleepless nights, bleeding nipples, crying, laughing, the highest of highs and lowest of lows and everything in between," Behati penned in 2019 alongside a photo of her toting her kids. "I won't change a single thing, being mom to Dusty and Gio keeps me strong, motivated and empowered."
Most recently, she also admitted in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that she wanted to expand her family. "We're leaving it up to fate and just what happens. What will happen, will happen. So there's no limits to it," she revealed last November. "I think it's just kind of where we are in our life. And with COVID too, I was just seeing them together, I'm like, 'Maybe we should have a third just to have more kids,' because it was so sweet to see [them together]. But then I don't know. Never say never."
