AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez continues leaving her fans wondering about her relationship status. After sparking dating rumors with producer Andrea Iervolino, the actress/singer has been spotted on a lunch date with another guy.
The 30-year-old stepped out for the swanky date with the mystery man on Sunday, August 21. They were seen in pictures captured by paparazzi as they were leaving celebrity hotspot Nobu in Malibu, California.
The pair didn't engage in any PDA, but they looked comfortable around each other. They flashed a smile as they had a conversation while walking side-by-side when leaving the Japanese restaurant and walking back to their car.
For the outing, the Rare Beauty founder sported a cropped white sweat, a long light-wash denim skirt and nude heels. She accessorized with gold drop earrings and a pair of black shades, while carrying a beige coat which was slung over her arm, a black purse and a Nobu paper bag, possibly for a takeaway.
As for her male companion, he cut a casual figure in a black T-shirt, light gray shorts, black-and-white sneakers with Nike socks. He completed his look with a dark cap and sunglasses.
Prior to the outing, Selena fueled dating rumors with Italian producer Andrea Iervolino. The two seemingly had a lot of fun during a lavish yacht trip to Positano earlier this month and packed on the PDA during her 30th birthday celebration in Torre Normanna restaurant on the Amalfi Coast, Italy. He was seen planting a kiss on the side of the pop star's head during the birthday dinner.
Following her return to the United States, Selena was also spotted hanging out with Tyga at The Nice Guy in Hollywood. Squashing any dating rumors that could possibly follow their meeting that night, a source told TMZ that they were at the popular Los Angeles nightclub "separately to see different people, and their groups ended up hanging out together inside." The so-called insider also added that the two "aren't dating."
Selena recently talked about her dating life on her HBO cooking show "Selena + Chef". To guest chef DeVonn Francis, she confided, "One time a cute guy texted me because he saw the show. And then he never took me on a date. I was like, Was that a good thing or a bad thing?' " The chef speculated that the "cute guy" never followed through because he was "intimidated" by the "Only Murders in the Building" star, who replied with, "I receive that, thank you."
