In a note accompanying a snapshot of her posing naked, the 'Cheaper By the Dozen' actress also cryptically hints at 'the rebirth,' noting that it 'will be glorious.'

AceShowbiz - Gabrielle Union has gotten real about her mental health state. Taking to social media, the "Bring It On" actress revealed that she "struggled mightily" for the past few months with her naked photo.

On Friday, August 5, the 49-year-old actress posted an image of her posing naked on Instagram. She sat with her knees pulled up to her chest and her arms wrapped around them. "Naked & Unafraid," she wrote in the caption, "The Rebirth Will Be GLORIOUS [black heart emoji]."

Gabrielle went on to thank "The Game" alum Lauren London, as writing, "You showed up like the angel you are and dropped some knowledge & love on me that has changed the course of my life. Won't He do it." The "Cheaper By the Dozen" star added that other loved ones have "taken the time to pour into" her over the "last few months" as she has been "struggl[ing] mightily." While she did not elaborate on her recent hardships, she concluded, "THANK YOU!!!!!"

Kerry Washington and La La Anthony commented on the post with heart emojis, while many of Gabrielle's followers praised her. "We love and respect you so much, it's crazy. So happy to see you full of joy, fearlessness, and surrounded by love," one Instagram user wrote. A second gushed, "You look incredible and you are a goddess quuuuueeeennnn!!! Sending nothing but love and positivity to you!!"

The racy snap arrived two months after Gabrielle shared a naked photo of herself taken by her husband Dwyane Wade, with whom she tied the knot in August 2014. In the sexy June photo, the "L.A.'s Finest" alum posed with her back to the camera, holding up her hair while stepping into a hot tub. "Back to our regularly scheduled programming," the mom of 4-year-old daughter Kaavia captioned the photo, tagging the 40-year-old retired professional basketball player.
