AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber is seen with a big smile on his face after suffering facial paralysis due to Ramsay Hunt syndrome. The "Peaches" hitmaker is seemingly doing much better as he enjoyed an Idaho getaway with his wife Hailey Bieber (Hailey Baldwin).
On Tuesday, July 5, the Canadian pop star took a beach stroll with his supermodel wife. In photos obtained by Daily Mail, he looked like he was in a great mood with a wide smile as he enjoyed a ride down an inflatable slide.
Justin sported a neon yellow bathing suit, plus a white baseball cap and matching sunglasses. He was seen lounging and cozying up to Hailey, who rocked a blue bikini top and matching lounge pants. The couple was also joined by their friends, including Usher, Jason Kennedy and his wife Lauren Scruggs.
Justin alarmed fans last month when he explained his diagnosis, which is a complication of shingles that can lead to facial paralysis, in a shocking video, in which it was apparent that he's unable to move the right side of his face. "As you can see this eye is not blinking. I can't smile on this side of my face; this nostril will not move. So there's full paralysis on this side of my face," he said in the clip he posted on June 10.
"This is pretty serious, as you can see. I wish this wasn't the case, but, obviously, my body's telling me I've got to slow down," he said of canceling his remaining U.S. "Justice World Tour" dates. "I hope you guys understand. I'll be using this time to just rest and relax and get back to a hundred percent so that I can do what I was born to do."
Following his health scare, it's reported that Justin and Hailey have remained "supportive." A source told PEOPLE, "Hailey has been so supportive of Justin, just like he supported her with her health issues. They're unbreakable."
The comments came just days after Hailey, who underwent heart surgery in April due to a mini-stroke, admitted that she and her husband are now "closer than ever" and described their bonding as a "silver lining" when it comes to their health issues. The daughter of Stephen Baldwin said, "I think honestly the silver lining in what I went through, what he went through, is it really bonds you. We are closer than ever. Justin is going to be totally fine. This is just a really out-of-nowhere, weird situation."
Another informant said that while the pair both "worried," they're a "great team" and that Justin "can't wait" to return to work after being forced to postpone his "Justice" tour over the medical issue. "Between Hailey's health scare earlier this year and now this, it's a lot for them. Hailey is worried as well. Just like Justin did everything he could to take care of Hailey, she now does the same for him," explained the so-called insider. "They are a great team and will get through it together. Justin can't wait to recover and continue working."
