Having been taped throwing profanities at the man he accused of owing him nearly $50,000, the husband of Melissa Gorga argues that he 'was being vulgar because [he] wanted him to feel terrible.'

AceShowbiz - Joe Gorga has been caught on camera lashing out at one of his tenants. On Thursday, June 9, the husband of Melissa Gorga was recorded being embroiled in a heated argument with a man as the two threw insults at each other over apartment rent dispute.

A short clip, obtained by TMZ, displayed the 42-year-old TV personality getting out of his car before approaching the tenant's car in a parking lot. Within a few seconds, he could be heard subsequently yelling, "Pay your f**king rent. Stop selling drugs in my f**king building!"

The Bravo personality was then seen shouting various profanities in anger, "F**king loser, f**king loser, pay your f**king rent a**hole!" His tenant, in the meantime, yelled back, denying his accusation and claiming that he only owes rent from January until the present day due to the state of New Jersey’s COVID-19 relief program.

Joe was upset because his tenant allegedly hasn't paid his rent in the last 4 years. "I've been supporting you for four-and-a-half years," the man who appeared on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" screamed in the video. The clip ended after he got back in his truck and his tenant stated that he planned to call the cops and get a restraining order against the reality star before driving away.

The incident between Joe and his tenant took place in Hawthorne, New Jersey on Thursday, June 9. Reportedly captured with a cellphone camera, it has since become viral.

Joe claimed the issues with the tenant started before COVID began when his tenant continued to evade him until he "finally filed" suits against the latter to recover some money. He went on to explain that his tenant is a former employee, and he initially allowed the latter to move into an apartment in a complex he owns since the latter "had no credit and couldn't get an apartment."

Speaking about his outburst, Joe told Fox News Digital, "I gave him an opportunity. I gave him a roof over his head, and he doesn't even answer my call. So I'm frustrated, aggravated." He added, "I go right up to him, and I wanted him to feel what I felt for four years. You know how hard it's been for me as a landlord through COVID, to carry all my buildings?"

"It's been so difficult. I'm frustrated. I'm aggravated. I've got so much pressure on me. COVID was so hard for me," Joe went on explaining. "I was really angry. I saw him and I went up to him. I just started acting the way I act, you know, you didn't pay rent, and I was square, and I was being vulgar because I wanted him to feel terrible. I really did."
