The MC, born Markies Deandre Conway, was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault, child endangerment or abandonment and unlawful carrying of a weapon in Texas back in November 2021.

AceShowbiz - Yella Beezy has been arrested once again. According to a report from The Shade Room, the "Keep It On Me" rapper was taken into custody on Wednesday, May 25 because he failed to fully pay his bail in connection to his pending sexual assault case from 2021.

The 30-year-old, whose real name is Markies Deandre Conway, had a warrant issued for "bond held insufficient." Since he failed to satisfy the payment, a judge decided to put him back in jail with his bail set at $1 million.

Beezy was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault, child endangerment or abandonment and unlawful carrying of a weapon in Texas back in November 2021. At that time, Plano Officer Andrae Smith told TMZ that the arrest was originally for the sexual assault charge, saying, "They went to effect the arrest and circumstances surrounding that arrest led to the UCW and the endangering of a child."

More than a week later, details came out of a woman accusing of Beezy raping her on a first date. In the docs obtained by TMZ, the woman said Beezy reached out to her on Instagram in late April, asking if she was looking for a new friend. After a few exchanges, she said he asked her out and they agreed to meet up for a dinner and some bowling afterwards in Dallas.

On the day of their meeting, they grabbed a bite and he invited her back to his apartment while they waited for their bowling reservations at 10 P.M. She agreed and they went to his pad. Once there, they first played cards and talked until the Texas emcee allegedly asked the woman for a massage.

The woman noted that she did give him a massage while he was shirtless and once she finished she sat down next to him. She went on to claim that the musician started forcibly kissing her and pulling up her dress. Though she repeatedly said "no," he allegedly forced himself on her. The woman eventually was able to break free and leave his place.

Beezy himself has denied the allegations. Maintaining his innocence, the hip-hop star said on Instagram Story, "Y'all just gotta stop playing on my name." He added, "I was arrested on false allegations. I was arrested before I was even questioned and I knew about anything [that] was going on, but it's false allegations."

"Everybody that knows me knows I'm not pressed over sex or anything of that nature. I ain't no aggressive person. That don't even fit me, at all...my character," he further stressed. "Me and that same thing doesn't even belong in the same sentence. It doesn't even sound right coming out of my mouth."
