AceShowbiz - Cardi B is so pissed off when a DJ mistook her for Nicki Minaj. After the DJ gave a shout-out to the "Anaconda" hitmaker instead of her at Richie Romero's Wonderland club in New York City, the "Bodak Yellow" femcee slammed him for his unprofessionalism.
In a video surfacing online, Cardi was seen partying along with her husband Offset and her sister, Hennessy Carolina. However, the DJ, who's off the camera, could be heard screaming, "Shout out to Nicki Minaj in the muthaf**ka building, let's go!"
"Nicki let's f**k it up, let's go!" the DJ further exclaimed during the Wednesday, May 11 event. He even played "Do We Have A Problem?", Nicki's recent collaboration with Lil Baby.
Cardi was initially unbothered by the incident, proceeding to take a sip of Corona. However, Offset, was visibly upset as he stared at the DJ booth seriously. Later, Cardi yelled at the DJ and urged him to stop the music, saying, "What's good? How the f**k y'all doing tonight? Are we gonna turn the f**k up?"
"Who's in the building tonight? ... We with all the f**king smoke you heard," the mother of two further stressed. Addressing the DJ, she asked, "We getting dangerous tonight? DJ are we getting f**king dangerous tonight? ... F**k outta here."
Cardi eventually threw the mic away as the DJ began to play her hit smash "WAP" ft. Megan Thee Stallion. It remains unclear whether the DJ has issued an apology to the "Hustlers" actress.
Their feud between Cardi and Nicky dated back to 2017, when the former broke out on the rap scene and was instantly compared to the "Bang Bang" raptress. The tension culminated in an altercation at New York Fashion Week in 2018, during which Cardi reportedly approached Nicki about "spreading lies" and Cardi threw her shoe at Nicki.
