The '…Baby One More Time' hitmaker recalls being told by Jamie Spears that she was 'fat and never good enough' since she was young, leaving her feeling ugly and psychologically damaged.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears is revisiting an old trauma, and is not afraid to call out those who caused it. Making use of her social media account, the "…Baby One More Time" hitmaker openly blamed her father, Jamie Spears, for ruining the "deep seed" of her "existence."

On Tuesday, May 3, the "Toxic" hitmaker took to her Instagram account to post a throwback, black-and-white picture of her 13-year-old self. In the caption, she ranted over her struggle with self-image. She began by writing, "13 was the age I actually felt kinda pretty ... I think my rebellious days were due to the fact that I always had to be perfect and pretty."

Britney continued, "Then I went to the extremes and went wild and naughty ... but in those rebellious days I honestly still felt hot as f**k." The "Hold It Against Me" hitmaker then mentioned that the one thing that hurt her the most was being told she was "fat and never good enough" by her dad, who once served as her conservator.

The "Oops!…I Did It Again" hitmaker further explained the impact her father's hurtful words left on her. "My dad always made me feel like I had to try ... try ... try !!! BIG TIME !!!" she continued writing, "He ruined the deep seed of my existence ... the seed that made me feel beautiful like when I was 13 ... my confidence ... my swag ... my inner dialogue ... and yes even my sex life ... all completely ruined !!!"

"He made me feel ugly ... therefore I was. Trust me ... feeling pretty is a whole different world," Britney went on adding. "I know because I've witnessed both !!! If that makes some people feel uncomfortable ... GOOD … uncomfortable conversation is great !!!"

Britney later talked about the moment she started to gain her confidence back. "The moment the conservatorship was over ... I felt so good about myself !!!" the 40-year-old singer wrote, "And guess what ... I stopped trying so damn hard and yes I entered a whole new world !!! I felt beautiful ... therefore I was !!!"

Though so, the "Womanizer" hitmaker emphasized that the mental damage was already there. She stated, "I might feel that way but the psychological damage from my dad and EVERY SINGLE F*****G person who went along with it will always be there!!!" She then ended her caption by concluding, "What you think ... therefore you are !!! I kinda feel 13 again."
