Jerry Seinfeld paid tribute to the late Liz Sheridan.

Also remembering the late star was Jason Alexander. Taking to his own Twitter page, the George Costanza depicter on the 1989 sitcom wrote, "Oh my Lord, just learning of the passing of Liz Sheridan. She was as gracious and graceful a person and actress as you'll ever meet. Fascinating life. Wonderful lady. Rest well. #RIPLizSheridan."

Liz passed away at the age of 93 on early Friday in New York City. Her representative Amanda Hendon said in a statement to PEOPLE that the actress breathed her last near her daughter, Stephanie.

"Elizabeth Ann Sheridan aka Liz Sheridan died peacefully in her sleep from natural causes at 2:30 A.M. Friday, April 15th, 2022 just five days after her 93rd birthday," the statement read. "She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law."

Born in 1929, Liz spent her youth as a dancer. She famously dated James Dean in her early 20s in 1952 and even wrote a book about it called "Dizzy & Jimmy: My Life with James Dean: A Love Story".

Aside from "Seinfeld", Liz's TV credits included "St. Elsewhere", "Moonlighting", "Who's the Boss" as well as "ALF". She was also a Broadway actress who once worked with Christopher Lloyd and Meryl Streep in 1977's "Happy End".

Liz's passing arrived nearly two weeks after another "Seinfeld" actress Estelle Harris died of natural causes. Estelle passed away in Palm Desert, California at age 93. Her son Glen Harris confirmed in a statement, "It is with the greatest remorse and sadness to announce that Estelle Harris has passed on today, leaving a hole in my heart too deep to describe."
