The 2019 clip that the 'Matrix Resurrections' actress initially filmed for her Instagram Live resurfaces in the wake of the 'King Richard' star's Oscars slap drama.

AceShowbiz - Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have now once again become the talk of the town after their awkward old video resurfaced online. In the clip, the Oscar-winning actor looked uncomfortable as his wife filmed him without his permission.

The video was originally filmed in 2019 on Jada's phone for her Instagram Live. In the clip, the 50-year-old actress put her husband on the spot to put in a plug for her Facebook Watch show, "Red Table Talk".

Jada, with camera trained on Will, says therapist Esther Perel is booked as a guest for the next episode of "Red Table Talk". "Would you say she has been instrumental in you and I redefining our relationship?" she asks her husband.

Refusing to answer her question, Will responds, "I would say: don't just start filming me without asking me if you can film me." Not giving up, Jada scoffs, "Oh my goodness. Esther, come help us again, please. I'm still dealing with foolishness."

The "Gotham" alum continues pressing on Will, "Would you say that she helped us heal the hurts that we caused between one another?" He replies, "My social media presence is my bread and butter, okay?"

The "King Richard" star then warns Jada not to use him for clout as he explains, "So you can't just use me for social media and not, you know, don't just start rolling. I'm standing in my house. Don't just start rolling. Don't..."

Ignoring his protests, Jada turns the camera back on herself and smiles as saying, "Please watch Esther at the 'Red Table', because she's helped us a lot. Can't you tell?"

After the video was reposted on Reddit, social media users noticed how uncomfortable Will looked in it. "He [Smith] looks so uncomfortable," one person commented. Another opined, "He looks hella anxious like he knows Jada is going to provoke him and he's afraid of how it will go down."

A third said, "He looks tormented. Ive gone from liking him, to hating him to felling sorry for him in the space of a week." Someone said Will "looks broken" in the video.

Another user chimed in, "If she was brazen enough to call his level-headed response 'foolishness', I can only cringe at what she said when after she stopped recording." Someone else blasted Jada as writing, "I'm back and forth on the slap thing but damn. She ain't good for him at all."

The video resurfaced in the wake of Will's Oscars drama, during which he slapped Chris Rock onstage for joking about Jada's shaved head. Fans, however, were later left dumbfounded as she was caught laughing after her husband confronted the comedian.
