AceShowbiz - Grimes has treated her fans to a sexy photo of herself nearly a month after sparking speculations that she's pregnant. Taking to her social media platform, the "Oblivion" songstress posted a topless boudoir snap.
Making use of her Instagram account on Monday, January 17, the 33-year-old musician shared a photo, in which she could be seen winking her eyes while putting her hand on her chin. She seemingly posed in her bed.
In the caption, Grimes, whose real name is Claire Elise Boucher, wrote, "Viking energy in the air today." In the comment section, many of her fans and followers praised her, including Bella Thorne, who commented, "Sexy nymph," as well as Helena Christensen, saying, "Swag always."
"Butterfly [is] flying in the airrr," one fan gushed. Another person dubbed her "viking princess," while a third chimed in, "Ethereal goddess." A fourth said, "So excited for the new album."
Grimes sparked pregnancy speculations after sharing an image of herself in animated form. In it, she appeared to have a baby bump. Though she left her post captionless, she mentioned the visual artists who made the picture. One of those was designer CHKLTK, who reposted the image via Instagram Story. Over the snap, the visual artist wrote, "Grimes Book 1 visuals w/ [visual artist] ChenMan," hinting that the picture might be related to Grimes' upcoming musical project.
In the comment section, many of her fans and followers asked her whether or not she's expecting a new baby. "The queen is pregnant," one fan commented. Another questioned, "Omg Is she pregnant again?!" Others assumed that the alleged unborn baby is Elon Musk's although they're no longer a couple. "ANOTHER X," one Instagram user suggested. A separate fan chimed in, "X Part 2?" while a third joked, "YAAASSS XÆA13."
The photo is reminiscent of Grimes' pregnancy announcement with her first child, X Æ A-Xii, whom she shares with the SpaceX founder. Back then, the "Player of Games" singer showed off her pregnant belly with a digital avatar of herself.
Grimes and Elon welcomed their baby boy in May 2020 after dating for two years. Then in September, the CEO of Tesla Motors confirmed that they had split due to their hectic schedule. "We are semi-separated but still love each other, see each other frequently and are on great terms," so he explained.
