The 'On the Basis of Sex' actor was spotted spending Christmas Eve with his two children by the pool in the Cayman Islands after he left a rehab facility in Florida.

AceShowbiz - Armie Hammer is having a quality time with his family following his release from rehab. The embattled actor has resurfaced in the Cayman Island, where he was spotted with his kids, after he completed a program for drug, alcohol and sex issues.

In the first pictures since his release from the facility in Florida, he was seen reuniting with his two children. The great-grandson of oil tycoon Armand Hammer was accompanying his young daughter and son at the pool on Christmas Eve.

Wearing pool shorts, a casual T-shirt and going barefoot, Armie played an attentive daddy to his two children. He was staying by his 4-year-old son Ford's side as the boy walked around the pool. The little man seemed to gain attention as some employees gathered around them while looking amused at Ford.

Armie kept a low profile as he was also seen strolling by the pool with a black cap over his dark brunette locks and a tote bag slung over his arm. He also wore a pair of white slippers. His estranged wife Elizabeth Chambers, who is the mother of his two kids, was nowhere to be seen with them during the outing.

Armie checked himself into an in-patient facility outside of Orlando on May 31 amid cannibalism scandal and sexual abuse allegations. His estranged wife Elizabeth and family were said to be supportive of his decision at the time.

Earlier this month, he was reported to have checked out of the facility, where he spent most of his 2021, just in time for the holiday season. "Armie is out of the treatment facility where he spent almost 9 months," a source told The Sun. "He is doing really well and it's wonderful news for his family. He's back in the Cayman Islands." The so-called insider added that the 35-year-old was looking forward to spending quality time with his children around Christmas and New Year.

Armie's lawyer later confirmed the news, telling E! News, "I can confirm that Mr. Hammer has left the treatment facility and is doing great."

Armie is still facing rape allegations. Los Angeles police have completed their investigation in the allegations and the case has been forwarded to the local district attorney's office. Sources, meanwhile, have told TMZ that the "Call Me by Your Name" star likely won't be charged.
