In addition to sharing that he is seemingly ready to take his relationship with Zendaya to the next level, the 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' star reveals that he 'can't wait to be a dad.'

AceShowbiz - Tom Holland is apparently ready to take his relationship with Zendaya Coleman to the next level. In a new interview, the "Spider-Man: No Way Home" star revealed that he's planning to take a break from acting as he wants to start "a family."

"I've spent the last six years being so focused on my career," the 25-year-old actor told PEOPLE in an article published on Wednesday, December 15. He added, "I want to take a break and focus on starting a family and figuring out what I want to do outside of this world."

Tom also shared that he is looking forward to becoming a father one day. "I love kids. I can't wait to be a dad -- I can wait and I will, but I can't wait," he told the outlet. He continued, "If I'm at a wedding or a party, I'm always at the kids' table hanging out," before reflecting on his father, Dominic Holland, "My dad's been such a great role model for me. I think I've got that from him. So I think I'd be a primary school teacher or something like that."

Elsewhere in the conversation, Tom also opened up about what the Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero franchise means to him. "I've loved every minute of it. I've been so grateful to Marvel and Sony for giving us the opportunity and keeping us on and allowing our characters to progress," he said.

Tom went on to rave over the longtime project, "It's been amazing." The "Cherry" star then elaborated, "And that's why for me, I don't want to say goodbye to Spider-Man -- but I feel like we might be ready to say goodbye to Spider-Man."

After Tom hinted that he may be taking his romance to the next level, Zendaya took to her Instagram account on Wednesday to gush over her boyfriend. The "Euphoria" star posted a duo of pictures of Tom.

One of the photos saw Tom, who was suspended from cables, in the iconic red and blue suit of the Marvel superhero. The image seemingly was from the set of their film "Spider-Man: No Way Home" as the blue and white backdrops as well as camera and lighting equipment were visible.

The second snap, meanwhile, was an adorable throwback snap of Tom as a little boy, also donning a Spider-Man suit. Along with the photos, Zendaya wrote a sweet caption that read, "My Spider-Man, I'm so proud of you, some things never change and good thing [love emoji] @tomholland2013."
