AceShowbiz - Key Glock is honoring Young Dolph in a beautiful way. Around two weeks since the latter's death, the "Racks Today" rapper took to social media to debut a photo-realistic tattoo of his cousin on his forearm.
The 24-year-old showed off his new ink through a video that he shared on Instagram Story on Monday, November 29. Alongside the footage, he wrote, "When they see me, they see you!!" adding a yellow heart emoji.
Dolph was gunned down in Memphis, Tennessee on Wednesday, November 17 while he was shopping in a cookie store. Shortly after news about his passing made media headlines, Glock deleted his Twitter and Instagram accounts.
It was not until days later Glock decided to share a tribute to Dolph on Instagram. Sharing several pictures of him with the late "Major" spitter, he lamented, "damn bro, im LOST. my heart is torn my brain bout to explode it HURTS when I breathe..why you leave me so soon?? I'll never be the same, you was my lefthand man,my brother,my cousin,my mentor and drank partner for the past 2 years I been taking LOSS AFTER LOSS and still can't understand why."
"First, it was my pops then my auntie then my grandma and now YOU!!" the emcee, born Markeyvius LaShun Cathey, added. "I know we can't question GOD but GOD why?! There's nothing no one can do or say to bring you back and that s**t just eats me up by the second!!"
"N***a you was Phil Jackson and I was yo MJ. Remember I told you I got yo back no matter what??" he recalled. "I GUARANTEE THAT!! Words really can't explain how I truly feel right now.. I'm sick to my stomach bruh!! Peace ain't even working.. all I see is DARKNESS, only GOD knows how much you meant to me."
