When getting candid about his sleep problems in a new interview, the 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' actor reveals that he has been dealing with sleep paralysis.

AceShowbiz - Tom Holland has gotten candid about his sleep disorders. Revealing that he struggles with sleepwalking, the "Spider-Man: No Way Home" actor divulged that he often wakes up "completely naked."

In a new interview with GQ, the 25-year-old English native divulged that he often sleeps undressed. "Four out of 10 sleeps I wake up completely naked," he disclosed.

Tom also confessed that since he found fame, he has been dealing with sleep paralysis, a condition where he wakes up in the middle of the night and is unable to move or communicate. "You're awake, but you can't move," he explained.

It led the "Uncharted" star to have a nightmare. In the nightmare, he woke up with sleep paralysis while being surrounded by paparazzi snapping pictures of him. "They're all there, and I'm looking for my publicist, like, 'Where is the person who's supposed to be protecting me? What's going on?' " he recalled.

"And then when I am able to move again, I turn the lights on, and it's over," he further recounted. "And I think, Oh, my God, I'm in my room, I'm fine. There's no one here. But then I will get up and look for a recording device or something that someone has put in my room."

To overcome his sleep problems, Tom began trying out cognitive dreaming. Essentially, when you're asleep, your brain is working way faster than it is when it's awake," he explained. "If you're in a dream and you read something, say, a stop sign, and you turn around, when you look back at the stop sign it will have changed."

"So what you do is - and this is where it sounds stupid - you set an alarm for every hour of the day when you're awake," he elaborated further. When the alarm goes off, you read something."

"What happens is when you do it for a long time, you start to do that in your sleep... Sometimes, if I'm having a really bad dream, I'll look at a sign and go, 'Oh, I'm dreaming.' And then you have free rein to do whatever you want," he continued. "The last time it happened to me... I was flying around the Golden Gate Bridge. It was awesome."
