A 40-year-old woman files for restraining order against the 'Love and Hip Hop' alum, claiming in a lawsuit that she was attacked by the reality star inside the star-studded bash.

AceShowbiz - Moniece Slaughter has set the record straight regarding claims that she attacked someone at Cardi B's birthday party in October. In a new interview, the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" alum denied getting involved in a brawl at the bash.

Speaking with Hollywood Unlocked via text messages, Moniece refuted the claims. "I didn't attack anyone, WTF," so Moniece insisted. "Didn't even argue with a single woman not one. I argued with my ex N****… Nothing happened what the hell."

While Moniece claimed that she didn't attack anyone, a 40-year-old woman claimed in a lawsuit that she was attacked by the reality star inside the party. According to The Blast, the person filed for the restraining order against Moniece in the Los Angeles County Court, asking for the star to be kept 100 yards away from her.

According to the alleged victim, Moniece "walked into the party and walked over to me attempting to strike me, but I caught her hand and held it until security came." The woman continued, "She then came back a second time and threw a drink on me and some friends and then attempted to attack a female that she believed had her hand on my shoulder."

The woman went on to say that she "can't disclose" the witnesses to the alleged assault due to them "being celebrities."

Additionally, the alleged victim accused Moniece of threatening her, telling her that the "she will violently attack me and any female she sees with me." It was also said in the filing that Moniece is going online and is "verbally abusing and spreading false allegations." The went on to claim that following the attack, the reality TV star had been "harassing me and my family for the past 2 months every day."
