AceShowbiz - Saweetie isn't amused that fans are making false assumption about her dating life. The "My Type" hitmaker has given a shady response after she was rumored to be dating Roddy Ricch following their recent sighting at a basketball game.

Taking to Twitter on Saturday, October 23, the Santa Clara-born artist indirectly shut down the romance speculation while sarcastically sharing what she's learned from it. "So avoid sitting next to men in public places otherwise the world assumes y'all are dating … got it," she penned without mentioning the rumors.

Replying to her tweet, many of her followers agreed with her as one responded, "They so weird and assume to much... why can't girls and guys jus be friends." Another remarked, "Slow news day for them."

A third echoed the sentiment, "RIGHT Or even…their seats just happened to be next to each other bc their celebrities shocker right..why was this newsss." Someone else added, "Exactly! Ppl act real slow on purpose on these apps! Always trying to throw men on women…it's weird."

Saweetie and Roddy were pictured together at the Los Angeles Lakers' home game against the Phoenix Suns on Friday night, October 22. In pictures which have circulated online, the "Icy Girl" raptress and the "Die Young" MC were seen sitting side-by-side on the courtside.

For the occasion, Saweetie was seen wearing a black jumper while putting her hoodie on. She also sported a black hat and some rings. Roddy matched her style in a black jacket with some flashy accessories while also sporting stylish sunglasses.

Saweetie and Roddy were not the only ones swept in dating rumors after attending a basketball game. Fans have also been speculating that Chloe Bailey and Gunna may be an item after they were pictured sharing a table at an Atlanta Hawks game against the Dallas Mavericks at the State Farm Arena on Thursday. Neither of them has addressed the rumors, though.
