AceShowbiz - Kodak Black made a surprising revelation while reacting to a report of a 61-year-old Florida man marrying his teenage goddaughter. When addressing the news, the "No Flockin" rapper claimed his dad also did the "same s**t."
Making use of Instagram, the 24-year-old MC shared an article about Michael Haugabook and Deja Haugabook along with their pictures. "SMH my daddy did this same s**t," he divulged in a since-deleted post. "Left us to start another family with his goddaughter, I was about 9. But I ain't judging nobody. To each's own. It could be true love."
News about Michael and Deja's marriage hit media headlines earlier this week. The new couple has since drawn backlash for their union. The 18-year-old girl, however, has shut down the criticism on Facebook.
"People love to call me a child because i'm 18," Deja, whose mother allegedly dated Michael years ago, wrote. "First of all, i grown asf i take care of all my four kids, work fulltime, ha cars paid in full... ian got the time or energy to deal with no you h*es that got sum to say bout lil dej. So you h*es continue to hate on the REALEST B***H because I am a QUEEN no peasant."
Michael also defended their marriage. In as statement shared by The Neighborhood Talk Instagram account, he pointed out, "It seem like I'm the only n***a in this town [to] have married a young woman, but since it's me they got to have something to talk about. Look like you little girls are jealous of my wife, but keep on promoting us. I love it."
That aside, Kodak himself recently came under fire for inappropriately touching his mom, Marcelene Octave, while dancing together. In a video surfacing online, the mother and son duo were seen dancing closely with the rapper placing his hand on her butt and squeezing it.
