The PR guru who used to manage the 'On the Floor' hitmaker believes the songstress will settle down with former fiance Ben Affleck now that they have gotten back together.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez will finally make it down the aisle with former fiance Ben Affleck, her ex-manager has predicted.

British PR guru Rob Shuter, who was responsible for managing Jennifer's career between 2003 and 2005, personally wrote her and Ben's split statement when they called off their engagement in 2004.

But in a new interview with the MailOnline, Rob insists it was only Ben's addiction issues at the time that led to their split and, now that he's in a better place, he believes they have a real shot of making their romance work.

"Ben was the one that got away. When they broke up his demons were a secret," he said. "Since then, he has been very honest about his struggles and has confronted them. They had the right love at the wrong time. Now is the right time."

Jennifer and Ben rekindled their romance in May (21), shortly after the singer split from baseball star fiance Alex Rodriguez.

Speaking recently about their relationship, Ben told U.S. TV show Extra, "I'm very happy. It is a very happy time in my life. Life is good."

The couple made a red carpet debut in September at the premiere of his new movie "The Last Duel" at the Venice Film Festival. They flaunted PDA and he was protective of her when a fan tried to grab her for a selfie.

J.Lo will next star in new romcom "Marry Me" with Owen Wilson following her critically-acclaimed performance in the stripper movie "Hustlers". She will also play lead roles in "Shotgun Wedding" with Josh Duhamel and "The Mother" with Joseph Fiennes.

Meanwhile, Ben Affleck's newest movie is "The Tender Bar" with George Clooney. He has also been tapped for "Deep Water" and "Hypnotic". He is expected to return as Batman as well in the upcoming movie "The Flash".
